Pumpkin Painting Palooza – Main Street Children’s Museum
This promotional graphic was designed for the children’s museum’s Pumpkin Painting Palooza, a family-friendly Halloween event where children created their own glowing pumpkin art. Since the program featured glow-in-the-dark paints, I translated that concept into the visual design by using a neon-inspired aesthetic. Bright purple and orange hues, paired with glowing type treatments and pumpkin icons, reinforce the theme while keeping the tone festive and approachable for all ages. The layout emphasizes key event information while still maintaining an energetic, playful style that captures attention.

To maximize outreach, I developed the design in a series of specs for social media distribution. Each version was reformatted for different platforms, with careful adjustments to composition and text hierarchy to preserve legibility and impact across square posts, stories, and banners. By combining consistent color theory with flexible layouts, the final suite of graphics provided a cohesive visual identity for the event while meeting the museum’s promotional needs.
